    I recommend Highrise for small businesses that take CRM seriously. I have a small staff and we’ve had a solid crm delivery with Highrise. I like the part, too, that it’s from the basecamp guys. Some weak links though–it doesn’t have a pipeline and KPs, but the bottom line is, it fits a small business CRM.

    We’re aggressive in social media and we find Nimble quite a match. I like the part that it sends you all events, birthdays, mentions, etc. across social channels to my email and I can send greetings and such to prospects. So far we’ve had 40% engagement return for every post we did. That’s encouraging.
