    None of these reviews mention the security model that underpins the CRM. Salesforce has become so widely used, in part because they take data security so seriously. The Salesforce security model is extremely flexible and provides surgical precision in terms of who can see what data and who has access to view/create/edit and delete data. Yet it is also easy to manage security in broad bands of users so that managing security does not become a full time job by itself. Many backend tools exist for the system administrator. This is not true for HubSpot, as an example, in my experience.

    For most companies, the data in their CRM is their greatest asset. The security model is critical.
