Sales To Get Boost from Freshsales CRM’s New Intelligent Workflows Feature

With Intelligent Workflows, users can create a workflow where the rule is able to look for triggers like updates to a deal status or the creation of a new lead. Upon trigger identification, actions defined by users like welcome email distribution, follow-up task creation and sending out notifications with the use of webhooks are automatically performed. One notable feature is user behavior tracking within your website, which provides great insights.
