    There’s a fine distinction between eating in an expensive restaurant and a fancy one. The first often involves really succulent, one of a kind ingredients that demand time and effort to make. I can think of saffron, Wagyu, and white truffles. The second–fancy–mostly involves side attractions to add to the luxurious feel of the restaurant. Things like the eating in an aquarium or using gold plates and spoons. I’ll go for the first any time.
