You would think with all the money Niantic is making they would refund for the losses a customer has when making in app purchases. They choose to ignore those. I've sent multiple messages through Facebook and have gotten no response. Furthermore, maybe the company should look at the fact that others have noticed they are billing players unfairly.
They charge one price for a box to one player and another gets a different price.. unfair and unjust. . It shows greed and the lack of respect for the loyal players of the game.
Class action lawsuits may arise from this in the future. With the history of billing being documented, the feeds and forums online about the situation and players starting to take Screenshots of what is going on it won't be hard to show just how much of this is going on and how long it's been going on for.
To date I've had hundreds of dollars of unauthorized purchases on my card and Niantic doesn’t make an easy way to get that back.
