Top 5 Bitrix24 Alternatives: Best Project Management Systems For Your Business

Category: B2B News

bxBitrix24 is one of the easiest intranet collaboration systems suitable for project management, and one you can use to manage both leads and corporate documentation. As such, Bitrix24 is often selected by small and growing businesses looking to connect their teams right upon signing up for the provider’s services. Intuitive and friendly to navigate, Bitrix24 is currently the preferred system of many of our readers, and a proud holder of our Great User Experience award.

The diverse and easily adoptable functions of Bitrix24 make this system what we like to call ‘a one-stop-shop’ collaboration solution. Its flexible deployment and full mobile optimization ensure users get to apply it in all niches and industries, while the system also comes with open API to connect it with as many business apps and systems as necessary. What our expert team appreciates the most about Bitrix24 is that it eliminates all need to use third-party software to facilitate communication and documents exchange, and does so in a way employees actually like and enjoy.

b24-f

In short, Bitrix24 makes it possible to:

  • Use multiple intranet services
  • Collaborate and manage projects in small teams for free
  • Enjoy the benefits of more transparent decision-making
  • Improve employee engagement and teamwork
  • Track and manage time and engagement, and report on them
  • Manage customer relationships and provide support
  • Store documents in libraries with WebDAV support
  • Govern access permissions in the system
  • Manage external communication

Despite of the multiple advanced features such as the Activity Stream intranet center, simple access assignment, CRM, or project management, certain companies may find Bitrix’s performance too basic for their specific requirements. In such case, they should give a look to some alternatives of Bitrix24.

What are the top 5 Bitrix24 alternatives for your business’ project management system?

The same as similar social media, Podio will store and categorize discussions for easier browsing, and allow users to update them and to make real-time changes to their projects. The interface is friendly and the dashboards are well-organized, and there is no substantial difference in the method these apps use to engage team members. Nevertheless, once you’re supposed to choose between the two you have to consider the tiniest nuances that differ Basecamp from Bitrix24: this system offers effective time & budget management and may be more suitable for large and complex projects; and you should also consider it because of advanced prioritization, assignment, and task reordering, the Q&A database and large user community, and automated reports. Slack is one of the most popular collaboration platform in the corporate ecosystem that unites all communication channels in a single hub. Unlike the tools we discussed previously, Slack is not focused communication rather than project management, which is why we recommend it to users looking to take business messaging to an upper level. Max says:

I think you are missing the point. The primary reason why Bitrix24 is so popular is because it's free and extremely powerful. The primary reason why people search for Bitrix24 alternatives, is because they don't need client management, document management and all the other tools that come with it, but Bitrix24 doesn't allow you to turn those off. So, let's look at the alternatives you list. Slack - not a project management solution at all. Podio - not free and has been abandoned post Citrix aquisition Wrike - excellent PM, but doesn't offer Gantt and task dependencies in the free plan like Bitirx24. But it probably is the only true Bitrix24 alternative on your list Basecamp - you are kidding right? It's 2017 and Basecamp is stuck in the early 2000s. Not a viable alternative Asana - yes absolutely. So you've got only one and a half alternatives right.
